My family and friends tell me that I am the type of woman who is intelligent,resilient, and insightful. Although I am kind of shy sometimes, I am able to "step up to the plate" and "snap to the occasion" if I need to. My soul is a sensitive one underneath; and I am not easily appeased when I am crossed one too many times. I love to laugh; it is truly the best medicine, next only to Hershey's chocolate!!! I enjoy a man who is creative, adventurous and knows how to unwind when it's time to have some fun. I admire a man who knows how to be respectful and considerate of the woman he claims to care about. . . actions speak volumes more than words. I believe in a man being a man, however, I am not too keen on the man who is quick to forget where he came from and what really matters in life. He should remember that, "the Lord giveth and the Lord will also taketh away. " Hopefully, we can count our blessings together. I can appreciate a man who is somewhat of a challenge, but I do dislike the man who feels that he has to constantly test my good nature by taking my kindness for weakness; that, to me, would be very disrespectful.

My ideal partner is a man, who like myself, is a "go-getter" and works hard to achieve significant goals in his life. I am no stranger to hard work and I believe that hardworking people earn the right to enjoy some good things in life. My ideal partner racks up major cool points in my book if he isn't afraid to smile and crack up laughing at the silly things on occasion. He should preferably have a close-knit relationship with his immediate family and know how to "show love" to them. Knowing how to have fun even in potentially boring situations is a good thing. I am attracted to men who are informed enough to have an interesting and thought-provoking conversation with me about "whatever" and be open-minded enough to appreciate an opinion different from his own. The man who is "my ideal man" would treat me like he wants to be treated. . . well. That's not too much for a lady to ask for, is it??? :-)
