I am just a "Basic" member, so I can't respond to your messages, only "flirt". I like the simple things in life. This time of year is my favorite. The fall brings everything to life with the various brilliant colors, but at the same time, the pace is much slower than that of the summer. It seems to put everything into it's proper prospective. I love animals, especially dogs. I have 4 miniature dachsunds (the mommy, daddy, and 2 babies). My only child is 30 years old, so these have become my "kids". I would like to meet someone who wants to hold my hand, isn't embarrassed to kiss me in public, and just wants to be with me because of the person I am. "Computer Dating" is quite a new concept for me, and I'm really not sure of what to expect, so I'm not real sure how successful I will be, I guess your responses will determine that. I do not like a man that assumes just because we have dated once or twice that he can try to move in to my home, or think he can tell me how to change my life. If I meet Mr. Right, I will be more than willing to compromise, that's part of a true relationship. I am extremely honest, and trusting, sometimes to a fault. If I am in a committed relationship, it goes without saying that I will support my partner in every aspect of his life, but I'd like the same in return. If I make mistakes (and I'm sure I will), that's OK, I'll learn from them. I might not be a spring chicken (nor do I want to be!), but I learn something new everyday.

I would like someone who is romantic, understanding, sometimes spontaneous, and understanding, even if I just need to cry. Someone who can be supportive of me, even when I make mistakes, one who can pack a bag in 10 minutes for a last minute weekend get-away, and someone who will walk beside me throughout whatever life throws at us, someone willing to be part of a "team". With the pressures of today's society, being a "team", I believe, is the only way a relationship will survive. I want someone who will be there for the good as well as the bad, someone I can count on to be there no matter what happens. I want to do the same for my partner. I want him to know that I will be there to support him in whatever he chooses to do. We may not always agree on everything, but the respect, support and devotion will always be there.
