I'm a single father of 3 lovely teenagers. I do get busy once in awhile, but I take full advantage of my free time, and I believe I have a more active social life than most people. Physically, I'm 6' 2" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I lift weights regularly and have a nice physique. I have long shoulder length dark blonde hair and a mustache. My eyes are bright blue, but have been told they change color from grey to violet. My personality could be best described as easy-going, and I do my best to enjoy each moment of life. I am also quite intelligent, well-read, romantic, poetic, patient, understanding, and have a mischievous sense of humour. I'm very optimistic and socialble and make friends easily. I have an interest in just about everything, and I humbly credit my intelligence to my insatiable curiousity. Some of my favorite pursuits are playing guitar, dancing (most kinds), hiking, traveling, teaching Irish, art, writing poetry, reading, museums, movies etc. This list could be endless because I really do make a point of enjoying whatever I do. I'm musically inclined and enjoy most music that has some talent and thought behind it, so I don't care much for "modern country" and that inane teeny-bop music. Some of my favorite artists are Dylan, the Stones, Led Zep, Johnny Cash, Sinatra, Hendrix, Neil Young, some jazz, celtic, blues, motown etc.

I'm new to this , but optimism, intelligence, self-confidence and independence are all very attractive traits to me. Creativity and artistic talent always impress me I'm turned off by pessimism and bad manners.
