I’m way past school age. Late forties going on late thirties; “It’s not the age it’s the mileage” (Indiana Jones). I travel a lot from Maine to Florida. I’m not shy. By trade, I sell video techno widgets to mostly government agencies some of which cannot be named. I’ve seen the real insides of the CIA (there are no glass walled conference rooms with Brad Pitt look-alikes) and the hole in the ground Dick Cheney crawled into on 9/11 (yes, Virginia there are many secret lairs around DC). Interests are well it’s hard to be monomaniacal when I’m so distracted. I’ve played guitar for Thirtymmmmfflf years. In my youth I was a ringer (sat in on recording session for cash but no credit) and live performance back up musician to the semi-famous (Chuck Berry, The Platters, and various older country performers who will remain unnamed). Moving on. Computers saved me from a life of petty theft and grand larceny. Moved on to video and combined the two. When I get time I’m into video production.

Why am I here? Mostly to explore contact with new people. I want to meet people with radically different ideas and views from what I deal with every day. I am not some old fart looking to “hook up” (god, I hate that phrase) with some kinked out 20 something. I spend most of my life traveling which is great fun but very limiting. I have moved so many times in recent years I have very little connection with the community I live in and travel so much there’s little opportunity to do so.
