Hello my name is Oleh and I live in Virginia, near Washington DC. I have been separated for a while and in the process of divorcing. I promise to always be gentlemanly, kind and trustworthy. Always a giver - generous to a fault. Perhaps I should join the Boy Scouts, lol. On the other hand I am a hopeful romantic, so you never know what might happen. I have many interests ranging from travel and reading to car racing and skiing. It does not concern me if we do not have much in common because I feel that friends should learn from each other and thus grow. I tend to be somewhat shy at first but I open up quickly. I am well-educated and possess a stinging wit. I love to cook in and out of the kitchen (wink). I also like to travel and do so frequently. Right now I am alone and for the future I wish to make close friends. I like to meet new friends who are sincere and humorous and with whom I'd like to be online. We never have enough friends. Having been around for a few years I have had many of life's experiences - some good, some bad - but have found that the simple pleasures in life. . . a walk in the park, a picnic, a sunset. . . are still the most beautiful and make for the most lasting memories.
