I'm a guy who's looking for that special lady who'll be my companion, lover and best friend. Is that too much to ask for or am I just being an incurable romantic? Maybe that's what I am but I am not hopeless in that pursuit. I enjoy staying at home. . . did the bar and club scene for too many years and have gotten it out of my system. But considering we are in one of the greatestcities around. . . am sure there will always be something that we might find interesting to do. I'mnot a gambler and am not looking to spend endless hours sitting in a casino. It's a waste of timeand money in my opinion. . . sorry but that's how I feel. I'd rather spend the time at home with that special someone, not doing anything special. . . just enjoying each other. I like to read, write (poetry and am trying to write a novel. . . it's a slow process but hopefully it'll happen). I like to paint, am not all that great at it but I do enjoy it. I love to cook. . . and enjoy almost all types of cuisine. I love good food, music. . . classic rock, easy listening, jazz, new age(musical valium. . . good to relax with and make love to and quiet times together. I'm very open and honest,sometimes to a fault. I am a very sexually oriented person and I think it's very important to a complete relationship. I believe we all have a soulmate out there. . . let's see if we've found each other.

In an ideal world I would be looking for a lady who'll be my companion, lover and best friend. I think that is the three most important things to have in a partner and I hope that I'm not being an incurable romantic by thinking so. I'm looking for a lady who has gotten most of her wildness out of her system. . . except for the times we spend together of course! Someone who is looking for the one guy who will not only make her complete, but compliment her as well. A lady who definitely has her romantic tendenciesand doesn't mind being spoiled/pampered by the manin her life. I'd really like to find a woman who hasn't forgotten the lost art of kissing. . . so many women have and I really miss it. Someone with a good sense of humor. . . life is tooshort to take it seriously. I'd like a lady who is more comfortable spendingtime at home. . . watching a movie, (you have more freedom to stop the tape/DVD that way if we get distracted), having dinner together (I'm a great cook) or just talking about all kinds of different things. I've done the club/bar scene and am not interested in that. I know we've all had past relations, but please try to leave your heavy baggage at home, a few pieces of carry-on are acceptable and expected. I'm not looking to raise any children. . . especially supposedly grown-up ones. I do appreciate it that you've read this far. . .
