The first long weekend of the year and I was busy making plans to split my time between friends and family when my parents suggested to have one big party with everyone. I was even more surprised when my mom told me that she is inviting a few friends she has met off of iMatchup.
I am very excited that my family is putting on it's own Group Event! As my parents pointed out that this would not just be for singles looking for dates but rather a celebration of good times and good friends. We all voted on having an egg hunt and potluck style dinner, as there will be about 20 of us. My mother is especially excited over the opportunity to introduce me to some people that she has met through iMatchup - the dreaded set up from a parent. This has made me a little nervous, as I know my mom has good intentions but we do not see eye to eye on what is the right match for me. Then again I think maybe that's what is not working right on my own search…after all my parents have been married for what seems an eternity. Maybe the Easter Bunny will bring me something great this year.

You may stop recording your video at anytime by clicking the flashing green button located next to the red button in the left hand comer of your screen. Remember that videos have to be a minimum of 30 seconds to be posted to your profile.
