Let the Sliding Begin
Last week while out shopping I was approached by a man to go for coffee. I agreed on the condition that my friends be able to come as I did not know this man and I believe in safety first. We all had a wonderful time and it turns out that my friend and this man hit it off quite well and planning a third date for this weekend. You never know where you will meet someone.
I am now again single. Mr. Playful and I still keep in touch and it is hard because my heart has a place for him but with each passing day that piece gets smaller. It is getting easier. My friends and I on iMatchup have decided to have a Holiday Group date. We are going to go out in the afternoon on the weekend to go sledding and then we are all going to a local pub for some spiced coffee or hot 'totties' as my grandma used to say. Most of us haven't gone sledding since we were children or never at all for one of us that is from Egypt this will be a great time and experience.
I really like doing activities where you don't have to worry about your hair or makeup not looking right. Where you can just relax, be yourself and have fun. There are some new recruits from iMatchup that are going to join us this weekend who are new to the online dating scene and we are all very excited to get to know each other better. There is always a connection between people even if it is only on a friend level to start with.
