Feb-28-2006 Now that you have everything there is to know about yourself... for now... you do have to leave something for the chat room... you need a photo! The best photos for a profile are clear, sharp and just of you. Unless you have a state of the art web camera you will want to have either a digital photo uploaded or an actual photograph scanned to your profile for your main photo. Stand out and be noticed with your photo by following these simple tips: 1. Upload a clear, recent photo 2. Don't be mistaken for your friend submit a photo with just yourself 3. If you can't tell where your eyes and nose are in the photo then neither can anyone else... pick another one 4. Think that lousy border or "cool" lighting trick makes your photo stand out? It doesn't... when someone has to concentrate on the border more than your face or try to figure out where your hair begins and ends it is not a good choice for your primary photo 5. Show all sides of yourself. You can upload gallery photos for your profile (including 4 private photos), so play around with the additional photos and tell people about that in your profile.
